Jitter
— Short-term variations in the timing of a digital signal's transitions, caused by noise, interference, or oscillator instability.
Johnson Noise (Thermal Noise)
— The electrical noise generated by thermal agitation of charge carriers in a resistor, proportional to temperature and bandwidth.
