Custom enclosure design, waveguide routing, thermal management, and interconnect planning. From 3D CAD to final machined housings, all done in-house.

RF System Design

System-Level Test

End-to-end performance verification including gain, noise figure, P1dB, spurious, and EVM measurements. Every assembly ships with a comprehensive test report.

Environmental Qualification

Temperature cycling, vibration, shock, and humidity testing per MIL-STD specifications. Assemblies are qualified for the operational environment of your platform.

Power & Control

Integrated DC-DC conversion, bias sequencing, over-current protection, and serial/digital control interfaces. Monitoring outputs for temperature, current, and fault status.
